| The first set of conference speakers has been announced for the 7th Sub Saharan Africa International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (SAIPEC) They feature leaders from NOCs representing Liberia, Uganda, Kenya and including the President of the Guyana Oil and Gas Energy Chamber, to profile Guyana’s oil and gas industry and provide access to the abundance of opportunities in Guyana.
