11th Practical Nigerian Content Event: Deepening Nigerian Content Opportunities In The Decade Of Gas.

The Practical Nigerian Content has taken off with theme caption Deepening Nigerian Content Opportunities in the Decade of Gas. It is an annual event gathering of major stakeholders in Nigerian oil, gas and energy industrial sector to discuss and review the achievement of indigenous companies participatory projects and contracts execution concerns in the sector.

This year event is dwelled on prevalence that the energy global scene is yarning for – the energy transition. The event was declared open by the Country Director of Dmg Events Mrs Wemimo Oyelana with briefed but concised welcome address in which she expressed the deep appreciations of the organizers to all participants whom despite the short notice given for the shift of the event to Uyo Akwa Ibom still found it necessary to attend the event.

Mrs Wemimo Oyelana emphasized why the organizer has chosen this year event theme as befitting caption suitable for the event. According Mrs Oyelana, it was owing to how pertinent Nigerian status for it’s abundant gas reserves is to the global energy mix. And the urgent need for energy global players to adopt natural gas as energy of the future,; making reference to recent and sudden shift in its demand owing to Russia-Ukraine war – a game changer to global energy forecast.
