Felix Ogbe Resumes As New Executive Secretary Of NCDMB

The Nigeria President Bola Tinubu has appointment Felix Omatsola Ogbe as the new Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) replacing the outgoing Executive Secretary Engr. Wabote Simbi

The announcement which came at peak of just concluded Practical Nigerian Content 2023 in Yelnegoa in Bayelsa was made in a statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale on Thursday7, December 2023.

The statement read, “In conformity with Sections 71(1), 72, and 73 of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act (2010), President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of qualified Nigerians to serve on the governing council and management team of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board.

 “The newly appointed members include Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri as the Chairman and HMS of Petroleum Resources, Felix Omatsola Ogbe as the Executive Secretary, and other distinguished individuals such as Oritsemyiwa Eyesan, Gbenga Komolafe, Bekearedebo Warrens, Nicolas Odinuwe, Raphael Samuel, Sadiq Abubakar, and Sunday Thomas, who will serve as members on the governing council and management team.” Though the person and the official  profile of the newly appointed Executive Secretary of Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board NCDMB is still sketchy, but an unconfirmed report has traced Felix  Omatsola Ogbe State of origin to Itsekiri area of Delta State. Stakeholders in oil and gas sector are much keener to know the energy experienced dossier of the new boss on board the affair of NCDMB
