Halliburton launched the New HyperSteer™ MX directional drill bit, an industry-first shankless matrix-body bit that improves durability and maximizes directional control, and reduces well construction time.

The bit delivers longer runs and fewer trips, resists erosion and abrasion, and performs reliably in high-flow, abrasive environments.

“It allows operators to drill longer in harsh environments and supports efforts to minimize well time and maximize directional performance for customers, “Amr Hassan, vice president, Drill Bits and Services, Halliburton.
