The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) is seeking to engage reputable and credible Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies to operate and maintain one of its refineries, Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC).
According to recent media release in its twitter handle now X, The company expressed its commitment towards ensuring reliability and sustainability in meeting the nation’s fuel supply and energy security obligations.
Further disclosure on the Expression Of Interest (EOI) which will elapse on January 29, 2024 as published on its website, the NNPCL stated the list of contract scope that will cover: long-term and short-term production/operations planning; production and operations execution; monitoring, reporting, and optimisation of operations; maintenance execution; health and safety; environmental management; minor projects and others and qualified and suitable companies must possess a minimum average annual turnover of at least $2bn USD for the financial years ending: 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 respectively.”
