PETROAN Partners Dangote, Hails NMDPRC on Gas Distribution Licences

The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has sealed a partnership with Dangote Group and MRS Holdings to enhance the efficiency of petroleum product distribution across the country.
 
The Association, in a statement signed by its National Public Relations Officer (PRO), Dr Joseph Obele, said the partnership will enable Nigerians to get the best value for money paid for the purchase of Petroleum Motor Spirit (PMS).
 
He stressed that the era of price disparity will end, even as consideration for the cost of transportation is included in the scheme. The National President of PETROAN, Dr Billy Gillis Harry, described the agreement as a show of love from Dangote Refinery, in conjunction with PETROAN to Nigerians. Harry encouraged Nigerians to be optimistic

In a similar development PETROAN has welcomed the issuance of gas distribution licences to petroleum marketers by the Nigeria Midstream Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission NMDPRC, In its recent press statement  by PETROAN’s spokesperson, Joseph Obele, the association lauded  the award of  licences as part of efforts to advance the gas expansion initiative under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

PETROAN emphasized that the licensed marketers are tasked with ensuring the smooth distribution of gas across all 774 local government areas in Nigeria.
