FAR Board Changes Guards ahead of RSSD Assets Sale, in Senegal

FAR Limited has announced the resignation of Non-Executive Chairman Nicholas Limb and Nonexecutive Director Reginald Nelson, effective immediately. Mr Limb and Mr Nelson have advised that with finalisation of the Senegal asset sale expected imminently, it is the appropriate time for Board renewal. Mr Limb has been a Director since 2011 and Mr Nelson since 2015.

FAR has also announced the appointment of two new independent, Non-Executive Directors to the Board. Robert Kaye SC is a mediator and experienced non-executive director with a strong focus on Board governance. Mr Kaye is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Collins Food Limited, Nonexecutive Director of Magontec Limited and the Chairman of the Macular Disease Foundation of Australia.

 Patrick O’Connor is an experienced non-executive director and Chief Executive across a range of industries including mining, oil and gas exploration, biotechnology and utilities. Mr O’Connor is currently a Non-Executive Director of Metals X Limited.
